The PediaPouch™ keeps lines or tubing gathered against the body, under the fabric, out of reach. Snap flaps open for feeds and site checks without a full change of clothes — and the moisture-resistant lining means a leak doesn't become one.

And the sleeve opens too


An arm line is the other thing you have to reach, and most adaptive clothing forgets it. Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner bend of each sleeve, so an arm line can be reached without pushing a sleeve up over a dressing — a peripheral IV, a blood draw, a pulse ox probe. Every garment has it, whichever line you are managing.

    Sites leak. Plain cotton absorbs it and holds it against skin. The PediaPouch™ is lined with moisture-resistant fabric that keeps moisture away from the skin instead, with snap-flap access for feeds and site checks.

  • RoutePoints™

    Holding the line is only half the problem. RoutePoints™ at the shoulder and lower back direct tubing down and away, instead of leaving it loose across a crib or at hand height.

  • Dual Arm Access™

    An arm line is the other thing you have to reach, and most adaptive clothing forgets it. Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner bend of both sleeves, so it does not matter which arm they used.

  • Opens Flat

    Lay it open, lay your child on it, fasten. Nothing over the head, nothing lifted. The difference between a two-person job and a one-person job at three in the morning.

  • Metal-Free

    Resin snaps only. Nothing to set off a scanner, press cold against skin, or rust in the wash. Follow your imaging facility's instructions for MRI, CT, or X-ray.

  • Velcro-Free

    Hook-and-loop catches in the wash, snags blankets, collects lint until it stops gripping, and roughens against skin. A year of daily laundering is the test it fails.

Two systems, four garments

Which one fits your child

One decision: where does the line come out.

TubeWear™ — for G, J and GJ tubes. The line exits at the abdomen, and the PediaPouch™ sits over the tube site. Gown Newborn–12M, Bodysuit 6M–5T.

LineWear™ — for Broviac, Hickman and other tunneled central lines. The line exits at the chest, and the PediaPouch™ sits at the exit site. Gown Newborn–12M, Bodysuit 6M–5T.

Everything else is identical — the lined pouch, RoutePoints™ at the shoulder and lower back, Dual Arm Access™ on both sleeves. Calm Mint Edition and Sky Lullaby Edition.

We Started From the Other End

Most children's clothing is designed to be put on. Almost none of it is designed to be opened.

That is a small distinction until your child has a feeding tube or a central line. Then it is the difference between reaching a site in ten seconds and undressing a sleeping baby at 3 a.m.

What already existed was access added to a garment that had already been designed — a snap here, an opening there. We started at the other end. Not how does a child get into this, but where does the tubing sit, how does it travel, and where do a caregiver's hands need to be. The garment came second.

Everything followed from that.

The PediaPouch™ holds the line where it belongs — against the body, under the fabric, out of reach — with snap flaps that open for feeds and site checks without a change of clothes. It is lined with moisture-resistant fabric, because sites leak and nobody had decided that was the clothing's problem to solve.

RoutePoints™ answer the next question: where does the line go from there. Single snaps at the shoulder and the lower back guide tubing or leads down and away, loosely, so nothing dangles at hand height.

Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner bend of both sleeves — for a PICC, an IV, a blood draw — without pushing a sleeve up over a dressing. Both sleeves, so it does not matter which arm.

And every garment opens completely flat. Lay it down, lay your child on it, fasten. No lifting, no threading arms, nothing over the head. The difference between a two-person job and a one-person job.

Resin snaps throughout. No metal anywhere, so nothing sets off a scanner or comes off before a scan.
